Giving a communication. A, notice, demand, certification, process or other communication relating to this Agreement must be in writing, and must be sent by post, courier or by electronic mail as follows: (a) to the School Council: to the School Council Representative, at the address which is set out in Item 3 of Schedule 1; and (b) to the Supplier: to the Supplier Representative, at the address which is set out in Item 3 of Schedule 1.
