Common use of Giving Notice Clause in Contracts

Giving Notice. All notices and other communications provided to any party hereto under this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be in writing or by facsimile (if confirmed in writing as provided below), or by email (if confirmed in writing as provided below) and addressed or delivered to such party at its address set forth below its signature hereto or at such other address (or to counsel for such party) as may be designated by such party in a notice to the other parties. Any notice, if mailed and properly addressed with postage prepaid, shall be deemed given when received and any notice, if transmitted by email or facsimile, shall be deemed given when transmitted (provided a copy of such notice is also sent by overnight delivery service which is scheduled for delivery no later than the first Business Day after the date of such email or facsimile).
