Glass and Glazing. (1) All exterior glass shall be reflective, 1/4 inch minimum thickness, double glazed, solar bronze, insulated. Installation shall be in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturers of the glass and glazing materials. (2) Interior sidelight glass shall be 1/4 inch clear glazing.

Glass and Glazing. 1/4” clear tempered glass at all door vision panels and relites • 1/2” clear tempered glass at frameless pivot hinge doors. • 3M “Fasara” glazing film at relites. Pattern and coverage on glass panel to be determined. • Lumicor panel: “True” (solid color), minimum 3/8” with stainless steel top and bottom channel frame at signage. Glass and Glazing. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labour, tools, appliances, equipment’s and incidentals required to complete the installation of all glass and related items.

Glass and Glazing.  All glass shall be float glass of the best quality, free from specks, bubbles, smokes, veins, air holes, blisters and other defects. The kind of glass to be used shall be as mentioned in the item or specification or in the special provisions or as shown in detailed drawings Thickness of glass panel shall be uniform. All glass to be approved manufacture complying with IS: 3548-1966 or as per approved quality and sample.  The contractor shall furnish all labors, materials, and equipment required for the installation of glass and glazing items.  The glass shall be of the type, quality and substance specified in the bills of quantities.  In case of the glass being supplied by the owners, the contractor shall take the delivery of the glass at site and shall be responsible for proper handling and stacking. We shall insure glass against theft, fire etc.  The Contractor shall replace at his own expense all broken, damaged or disfigured glass caused in the execution of the work or faulty installation, before the virtual completion of the work.  Patterned or translucent glass shall be 4mm. in thickness and shall be approved by the Architects. Sheet glass shall be in 5mm. in thickness. Wired glass shall be 6mm. in thickness.  The putty used for glazing metal door, window or ventilator shall conform to I.S.420:1953.  Before installation of the glass, the Contractor shall ensure against the following:
