Common use of Global Entry Application Fee Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Global Entry Application Fee Reimbursement. If your Rewards Program tier is Fire, we will reimburse you for the cost of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Global Entry application fee charged to your Account using your Card. We will reimburse one (1) application fee every four (4) years. The application fee must be charged to your Card to receive reimbursement; this means you must have provided your card number for your subscription. If you provided your account and routing number, you will not be eligible to receive this reimbursement. We will automatically credit your Oxygen Account within two (2) business days after we detect a Card transaction related to the Global Entry program. The amount we will reimburse to you will be the lesser of the amount of the Card transaction or $100.
