GmbH & Co KG. The aforementioned provisions shall apply to a limited partnership with a limited liability company as its general partner (GmbH & Co. KG) mutatis mutandis and all references to net assets shall be construed as a reference to the aggregated net assets of the general partner and the limited partnership.
