Common use of Goals of the Program Clause in Contracts

Goals of the Program. 3.1 To provide regular, reliable and easily accessible household hazardous waste collection services to the residents of northern Oakland COUNTY. The Program will help prevent toxic materials from entering Oakland COUNTY’S waterways, water tables, and landfill resources and help to remove them from potentially hazardous situations in area households. 3.2 To establish, coordinate, and promote an educational program to inform residents about re-use, return, and reduction of potentially hazardous materials, bolster community spirit, and educate residents about environmentally sensitive behavior in general.
