Custom built machines, second hand or ex demo machines are non refundable. We can exchange a faulty item within 7 days, after which the warranty terms will apply. Training services, administration fees, deposits, partial payments, post and packaging and any other fees incurred cannot be refunded. You must send the items in the original packaging securely otherwise we may refuse the items.
