Governance. A. The School Corporation shall be governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees are fiduciaries of the School and shall operate in accordance with the School Corporation’s articles of incorporation and by-laws consistent with this Agreement and the provisions of the Act and the District of Columbia Nonprofit Corporation Act.
