Common use of Governing Law 9 Clause in Contracts

Governing Law 9. 1. In terms of issues not regulated by the Agreement, the Parties shall be governed by the legislation norms of the United Arab Emirates. 9.2. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be whenever possible resolved by the Parties by negotiations. 9.3. The complaint procedure related to the dispute resolution is obligatory and cannot exceed 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt of a written letter of complaint to the e-mail address, specified in Section 15 of this Agreement. 9.4. If the Parties fail to resolve any dispute by negotiations, it shall be submitted the Courts of United Arab Emirates. 9. Применимое право 9.1. По вопросам, не урегулированным настоящим Соглашением, Стороны руководствуются нормами законодательства Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов. 9.2. Все споры, возникающие по настоящему Соглашению, по возможности, разрешаются Сторонами путем переговоров. 9.3. Претензионный порядок разрешения споров является обязательным и не может превышать 20 (двадцать) календарных дней с даты получения письменного претензионного письма на адрес электронной почты, указанный в разделе 15 настоящего Соглашения. 9.4. В случае, если Xxxxxxx не придут к соглашению по спорным вопросам, их рассмотрение будет осуществляться в судах Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов.
