Governing Law and Waiver. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with federal law. In addition, except as expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement or as required by applicable law, and to the extent not inconsistent with federal law, this Agreement is governed by the internal laws of Maryland. No term of this Agreement is waived by us the right to a jury trial in any dispute concerning an account.
