Governing Law and Waiver. The Borrower understands and agrees that (1) this Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California; and (2) the Borrower waives its right, under Section 1808.21 of the California Vehicle Code, to the confidentiality of its residence address in the records of the Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Borrower authorizes the Bank to request its residence address from the Department of Motor Vehicles if required by the Bank in enforcing this Agreement.
