Common use of Governing Law, Regulatory Authority Clause in Contracts

Governing Law, Regulatory Authority. This AGREEMENT has been executed and delivered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and its validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, except to the extent that federal law is governing. References to the OTS included herein shall include any successor primary federal regulatory authority of the EMPLOYER.
