Governing Law; Venue for Disputes. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any lawsuit related to or arising out of disputes under this Agreement shall be commenced and tried in the circuit court of Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and the County and the Lessee submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the circuit court for such lawsuits.
