Governing Legislation. (a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, or unless otherwise agreed by the parties, each arbitration pursuant to this Agreement shall be governed by and conducted pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Code (the "Code") being a schedule to the Commercial Arbitration Act, R.S.C. 1985, c-17 (2nd Supp.) and all regulations made and, from time to time, in force under that Act.
