Government-Furnished Property or Equipment. The Company and its Subsidiaries have complied in all material respects with all of their obligations relating to Government Furnished Items under any Government Contract. “Government Furnished Items” means any material personal property, equipment and fixtures loaned, bailed or otherwise furnished to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by or on behalf of the U.S. Government that relates to the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, is being used in the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and is or should be in the possession of the Company or its Subsidiaries for use in their business.

Government-Furnished Property or Equipment. Schedule C.19 identifies, as of December 31, 2004, all Government-Furnished Items to Boeing or any of its Subsidiaries that (i) relate to Boeing’s ELV Business, (ii) are being used in the conduct of Boeing’s ELV Business and (iii) are or should be in the possession of Boeing for use in Boeing’s ELV Business. Schedule C.19 identifies each Government Contract to which each such item of Government-Furnished Items relates. Boeing or its applicable Affiliated Transferor has complied in all material respects with all of its obligations relating to the Government-Furnished Items and, upon the return thereof to the U.S. Government in the condition thereof on the date hereof, would have no liability to the U.S. Government with respect thereto.

A separate document, Form AD-107, must be completed to document the loan of U.S. Forest Service property. The U.S. Forest Service shall retain title to all U.S. Forest Service-furnished property. Title to U.S. Forest Service property must not be affected by its incorporation into or attachment to any property not owned by the U.S. Forest Service, nor must the property become a fixture or lose its identity as personal property by being attached to any real property.

  • Condition of the Contractor’s Property or Equipment The Contractor shall make the Property and/or equipment available to the Judicial Council, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor shall immediately remedy any problem with the Property’s physical plant or equipment that impairs or diminishes the quality of the Program.   • Damage to Government Property A.   • GOVERNMENT PROPERTY ‌ For task orders awarded under OASIS SB, Government property matters shall follow the same policies and procedures for Government property under FAR Part 45, Government Property and other applicable agency specific regulatory supplements. FAR Part 45 does not apply to Government property that is incidental to the place of performance, when the task order requires Contractor personnel to be located on a Government site or installation, and when the property used by the Contractor within the location remains accountable to the Government. Unless otherwise specified in a task order, the Contactor shall provide all office equipment and consumable supplies at the Contractor’s sole and exclusive expense, including computers/workstations used in daily operation in support of OASIS SB.   • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto.   • Other Equipment Seller shall install, own and maintain the infrastructure associated with the Revenue Metering Package, including but not limited to all enclosures (meter cabinets, meter pedestals, meter sockets, pull boxes, and junction boxes, along with their grounding/bonding connections), CT/PT mounting structures, conduits and ductlines, enclosure support structures, ground buses, pads, test switches, terminal blocks, isolation relays, telephone surge suppressors, and analog phone lines (one per meter), subject to Company's review and approval.
