Common use of Government Incentives Clause in Contracts

Government Incentives. All filings made by the Corporation and its Subsidiaries under which such entity has received or is entitled to government incentives have been made in material compliance with all Laws and contain no misrepresentations which could cause any material amount previously paid to the Corporation or its Subsidiaries or previously accrued on the accounts thereof to be recovered or disallowed.

Government Incentives. All filings made by the Corporation Company and its Subsidiaries under which such entity has received or is entitled to government incentives have been made in material compliance with all Laws and contain no misrepresentations which could cause any material amount previously paid to the Corporation Company or its Subsidiaries or previously accrued on the accounts thereof to be recovered or disallowed.
