Common use of GOVERNMENT PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT PAYMENTS. It is agreed by and between the parties that Seller shall receive all government payments which are paid for 2019 and any prior years, from the above described real estate. It is agreed that Buyer shall receive all government payments which are paid for 2020 and all subsequent years from the above described real estate.
