Common use of Government Relationships Clause in Contracts

Government Relationships. The Company and the Subsidiaries maintain a good working relationship with all Governmental Authorities in the jurisdictions in which the Material Properties are located, or in which such parties otherwise carry on their business or operations. All such government relationships are intact and mutually cooperative and, to the knowledge of the Company, there exists no condition or state of fact or circumstances in respect thereof, that would prevent the Company or the Subsidiaries from conducting its business and all activities in connection with the Material Properties as currently conducted or proposed to be conducted and there exists no actual or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened termination, limitation, modification or material change in the working relationship with any Governmental Authorities.

All such government relationships are intact and mutually cooperative and, to the knowledge of the CompanyCorporation, there exists no condition or state of fact or circumstances in respect thereof, that would prevent the Company Corporation or the Material Subsidiaries from conducting its business and all activities in connection with the Material Properties as currently conducted or proposed to be conducted and there exists no actual or, to the knowledge of the CompanyCorporation, threatened termination, limitation, modification or material change in the working relationship with any Governmental AuthoritiesEntities.
