Governmental Notices. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of all notices received by Tenant relating to any actual or alleged presence or Handling by any Tenant Party of Hazardous Materials in, on or about the Premises or any other portion of the Project, including, without limitation, any notice of violation, notice of responsibility or demand for action from any federal, state or local governmental authority or official in connection with any actual or alleged presence or Handling by any Tenant Party of Hazardous Materials in or about the Premises or any other portion of the Project.
Governmental Notices. The Reinsurer shall provide the Ceding Company, within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof, copies of any written notice or report from any Governmental Entity with respect to the business reinsured under this Agreement and a written summary of any material oral communication with any Governmental Entity with respect to the business reinsured under this Agreement.

Tenant shall furnish to Landlord, promptly after receipt, a copy of any notice received by or on behalf of Tenant from any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over any Property with respect to any material violation of Legal Requirements or any condition existing or alleged to exist or emanate therefrom or thereat involving Hazardous Substances.

As soon as reasonably practicable upon the issuance thereof, Borrower will send to Lender a copy of all orders issued by any federal, state or municipal regulatory authority under any laws or regulations adopted thereby, which, if enforced, would have a material adverse effect upon its condition whether financial, operating, or otherwise, and further, Borrower will as soon as reasonably practicable send to Lender copies of all reports or other materials filed by it with or issued to it by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and all reports, notices or statements sent by Borrower to its stockholders.
