Governmental Obligors. None of the Account Debtors on such Grantor’s Accounts, Chattel Paper or Payment Intangibles is a Governmental Authority.

As of the Restatement Effective Date, none of the obligors on any Receivable that constitutes Collateral, and none of the parties to any Contract that constitutes Collateral, is a Governmental Authority except for (i) with respect to Receivables or Contracts not included in the U.S. Borrowing Base or the Kildair Borrowing Base because all actions required under the Financial Administration Act (Canada), or any similar local, provincial or territorial laws, rules or regulations, have not been taken to approve and permit the assignment of rights to payment thereunder or thereon to the Administrative Agent, the obligors thereon or parties thereto, (ii) with respect to Receivables or Contracts included in the U.S. Borrowing Base or the Kildair Borrowing Base as to which all actions required under the Financial Administration Act (Canada), and any similar local, provincial or territorial laws, rules or regulations, have been taken to approve and permit the assignment of rights to payment thereunder or thereon to the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, the obligors thereon or parties thereto, and (iii) with respect to any other Receivables or Contracts, in each case, that constitute Collateral, those obligors and parties thereof so long as the requirements of Section 5(m) have been satisfied with respect to such Receivables or Contracts.
Governmental Obligors. As of the date hereof, none of the obligors on any Accounts, and none of the parties to any Contracts, is a Governmental Authority, except for any such Accounts or Contracts that are not material in relation to the business of Remington and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.
Governmental Obligors. No Account Debtor is a Governmental Body.
Governmental Obligors. As of the Effective Date, none of the Obligors on any Accounts, and none of the parties to any Contracts constituting Collateral, is a Governmental Authority, except for any such Accounts or Contracts that are not material in relation to the business of the Grantor.
Governmental Obligors. Except as may be otherwise disclosed to Administrative Agent from time to time, none of the Account Debtors on such Grantor’s Accounts, Chattel Paper or Payment Intangibles is a Governmental Authority.
Governmental Obligors. Except as set forth on Schedule 4(j), none of the obligors on any Accounts, and none of the parties to any Contracts, is a Governmental Authority with respect to which the Federal Assignment of Claims Act is applicable.
Governmental Obligors. None of the Account Debtors on a Grantor’s Accounts, Chattel Paper or Payment Intangibles in an aggregate amount in excess of $100,000 is a Governmental Authority subject to the Federal Assignment of Claims Act or like federal or state statute or rule.
