Governmental Unit. The Recipient is a state or local governmental unit as defined in Section 1.103-1 of the Treasury Regulations or an instrumentality thereof (a "Governmental Unit") and is not the federal government or any agency or instrumentality thereof.
Governmental Unit. Any national, state or local government, any political subdivision thereof, or any governmental, quasi-governmental, judicial, public or statutory instrumentality, administrative agency, authority, body or other entity having jurisdiction over the performance of the Work, the Project or the Parties; provided, however, that the term “Governmental Unit” shall not be construed to include Owner.

Governmental Unit must supply original receipts or readable copies of receipts to be reimbursed on pre-approved requests. Approved reimbursement will be paid directly by the BCA to the Governmental Unit within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice
