Grammatical Changes; Section Captions. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this Consulting Agreement apply in the plural sense where there is more than one Party, and to entities, corporations, associations, partnerships, and individuals, males or females, shall in all instances be assumed as though in each case fully expressed. The captions of the Sections of this Consulting Agreement are inserted only for convenience of reference and shall not be construed as defining or limiting the scope or intent of any provision hereof.
