Successors and Assigns: This lease agreement along with its covenants and conditions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon LANDLORD, and the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns (as the case may be) of LANDLORD, and shall bind the TENANT, its successors and assigns.
