Grandparented Sick Leave. Regular Employees shall be entitled to a sick leave accumulation of ninety six (96) hours per year (based on eight (8) hours for each month of service credited as an advance). Such sick leave shall accumulate to a maximum of one thousand two hundred (1200) hours. Sick leave shall be based on the actual number of hours absent from the workplace.
