Common use of Grant and Acceptance of Award Clause in Contracts

Grant and Acceptance of Award. The Company hereby awards to the Participant that number of shares set forth on the Signature Page of this Agreement (the “Restricted Stock”) of the Company’s Stock, subject to the restrictions set forth below. This award is granted pursuant to and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Plan. The Participant hereby accepts the award of the Restricted Stock.

Grant and Acceptance of Award. Grant and Acceptance of Award. The Company hereby awards to the Participant a Stock Option to purchase that number of shares of Stock set forth on the Signature Page of this Agreement at the price set forth herein (the “Restricted Stock”) "Xxxxx Xxxxx"). The Xxxxx Xxxxx is equal to the Fair Market Value of the Company’s Stock, subject to Stock on the restrictions set forth belowGrant Date. This award is granted pursuant to and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Plan. The Participant hereby accepts the award of the Restricted StockStock Option.
