Common use of Grant Limits Clause in Contracts

Grant Limits. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Plan, no Eligible Person shall be granted Awards with respect to more than 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock in the aggregate in any one calendar year; provided, however, that this limitation shall not apply if it is not required in order for the compensation attributable to Awards hereunder to qualify as Performance-Based Compensation.
