Granting of Experience Credit for Military Service. A teacher will be placed on a level on the Career Pathway Schedule in the amount of one (1) year of experience credit granted for completion of each full year of verified honorable military service, or verified alternate service, provided any such service fulfilled an existing legal military obligation. Notwithstanding the above, no more than four (4) years of experience credit shall be granted for such service.
