Grantor's Covenants: Prohibited Activities. The following acts or uses are expressly forbidden on, over, or under the Property, except as otherwise conditioned in this paragraph: the Building (or any portion thereof) shall not be demolished, removed, moved or razed except as provided in Paragraphs 7 and 8; the dumping of ashes, trash, or rubbish is prohibited on the Property; and no above-ground utility transmission lines, except those reasonably necessary for the existing Building, may be created on the Property, subject to any utility easements already recorded;
Grantor's Covenants: Prohibited Activities. The following acts or uses are expressly forbidden except as otherwise conditioned in this paragraph: the Buildings shall not be demolished, removed, or razed except as provided in Paragraphs 9 and 10; the dumping of ashes, trash, rubbish, or any other unsightly or offensive materials is prohibited on the Property near the Buildings; no above-ground utility transmission lines, except those reasonably necessary for the existing Buildings, may be created on the Property, subject to utility easements already recorded; Subject to such Grantor’s reserved rights as specified in Paragraph 6, no additions to the Buildings and/or outbuildings may be attached to the Buildings without prior approval of the Commission; and moving the Buildings to another location shall be forbidden without prior approval of the Commission.

In the event of a termination or cancellation under this Section, System Agency will not be liable to Performing Agency for any damages that are caused or associated with such termination, or cancellation, and System Agency will not be required to give prior notice.
