Grants and Loans. In the event that the Fund or the State University of New York is a recipient of or applicant for a grant or loan for the Project from any individual, firm, association, corporation or foundation or from any governmental department or agency, the Consultant, when directed by the Fund, shall attend all conferences requested by the party making the grant or loan, submit all necessary drawings, specifications, documents, forms and estimates for the approval of such party, prepare reports for grant or loan requirements during the Construction Phase and revise any and all drawings and specifications for the Project to comply with the requirements of the aforesaid party in connection with the grant or loan; provided, however, that if, in the judgment of the Fund, any of such revisions are caused by a change in the requirements of the party making the grant or loan and are found to be necessary after the Consultant's performance of part of the work to be revised, the Consultant will be entitled to extra compensation for such revisions and related extra work in accordance with the provisions of Section D (3) of Article III hereof.

Support shall include the attendance at all meetings requested by the party making the grant or loan, submittal of all necessary studies, drawings, specifications, documents, forms and estimates for the approval of such party, preparation of reports for grant or loan requirements, and revision of any and all studies, drawings and specifications for the Project to comply with the requirements of the aforesaid party in connection with the grant or loan. If, in the judgment of the University, any of such revisions are caused by a change in the requirements of the party making the grant or loan and are found to be necessary after the Consultant's performance of part of the work to be revised, the Consultant will be entitled to extra compensation in the amount expressly approved by the University.
Grants and Loans. The Company or MPWMD may each pursue and receive grants, state revolving fund loans, or other forms of reimbursement for Environmental and Permitting Costs from local, state, or federal sources. To the extent allowable under the terms of each grant or loan, the Parties intend and agree that all receipts will be credited against Environmental and Permitting Costs incurred or to be incurred by MPWMD and the Company on a proportional basis.
Grants and Loans. To the extent requested by Redeveloper, the Parties agree to cooperate in the preparation of grant and loan applications for funding for the Project. The applications shall be satisfactory to each Party and submitted by the appropriate Party as applicable to the appropriate federal, State or local government authority to attempt to obtain grant or loan assistance for any improvements. Agencies shall include but not be limited to the NJDOT, NJRA, NJDEP, the County of Essex, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Economic Development Administration, and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Grants and Loans. MRWPCA or MPWMD may each pursue and receive grants, state revolving fund loans, or other forms of reimbursement from local, state, or federal sources. All such receipts will be delivered to MRWPCA and credit the GWR Project ledger as received. Such receipts will be deemed to offset project costs.
Grants and Loans. The CRWJPB may apply for and accept gifts, grants or loans of money, other property or assistance from the United States government, the State of Minnesota, or any person, association or agency for any of its purposes; enter into any agreement in connection therewith; and hold, use and dispose of such money, other property and assistance in accordance with the terms of the gift, grant or loan relating thereto.
Grants and Loans make and receive grants, donations or loans, to give guarantees and to give security for those guarantees (subject to the restrictions in the Charities Act 2011); 9 to raise funds, to invite and receive contributions;
Grants and Loans. The Town agrees to cooperate with the District with respect to the District’s efforts to obtain grants and low interest loans related to the District’s wastewater collection and treatment system and facilities and the Town System. The District agrees to cooperate with the Town with respect to the Town’s efforts to obtain grants and low interest loans related to the Town System and the District’s wastewater collection and treatment system and facilities.
Grants and Loans. Subject to the restrictions of this Section, the EOHWC may use the FAD Retrofit Funds and earnings on such funds to make grants and revolving loans to public and private entities to fund activities and costs set forth in Paragraphs B and C above. Any grants or loans made under this subparagraph shall include reporting requirements for the recipient adequate to ensure that the EOHWC can satisfy the reporting requirements set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement for all funds expended, whether through direct payments by the EOHWC or through grants or loans.
