Grid Connection. If the Generator specified in the FiT CfD Application that it is, or will be, an Islanded Generator, it shall not make a Grid Connection Application, or otherwise obtain access to a Grid Connection (including by way of a Private Network Use Agreement) other than where it has ceased to have a Route to Market.
Grid Connection. Any termination of Part C: Grid Connection is deemed to terminate this Part.

This process may take up to 10 business days.
Grid Connection. The plant will be connected to the grid via the proposed Carriewerloo substation (to be constructed on the site) which connects into the existing 275kV Dxxxxxxxx to Mt Gxxxxx South transmission line (H2H) owned and operated by ElectraNet as a dedicated connection asset to supply Oz Minerals mining facilities.
Grid Connection. Each Company has secured all the material grid connection arrangements necessary or desirable for carrying on its business prior to and after Closing and has complied and is in compliance, in all material respects, with all obligations and requirements deriving thereunder. The documentation provided by the Seller to Xxxxx Xxx as representative of the Purchaser contains all relevant information and provides a true, correct and complete representation of the existing grid connection arrangements of the Companies. None of the Companies is in breach of any of its material obligation under any material grid connection agreement to which such Company is a party, nor under any applicable Permit, law or regulation (including towards the Italian Customs Agency (Agenzia delle Dogane) in a way that would entitle any governmental entity to revoke or materially reduce the feed-in tariff or other applicable incentive; or otherwise entitle any governmental entity or the grid operator to suspend the grid connection of any plant or to impose any sanction on any Company.
Grid Connection. 4.1. The Power Producer shall be responsible for synchronization of the Project with licensee‟s network under Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Connectivity and Net Metering for Rooftop and Small Solar Grid Interactive Systems) Regulations 2015 issued by RERC vide Notification Dated: 26-02-2015 as amended from time to time;
4.2. Connectivity of Project with the licensee‟s network;
4.3. Commissioning of the project as applicable.
Grid Connection. Generally, when there is a direct selling of electricity, the energy sold is transferred via the public electricity grids. There are however two special cases. One is the ‘on-site’ (or ‘local’) PPA, in which the energy produced is routed using a direct line connecting the producer to the customer. The other case is the direct selling of energy, which is provided for in the Decree No. 2008–865 of 28 August 2008, which concerns those producers which operate installations using performing energy techniques (combined waste heat and power) and benefiting from a FIT contract. No ‘on-site’ PPA has been entered into in France to date. Beyond the logistical and commercial aspects – a producer must be found close to the customer’s site and be able to supply at least part of the electricity consumed – this may be due to the particularly restrictive procedure for setting up direct lines. An authorization from the administrative authority, taking into account, in particular, the applicable environmental requirements, is indeed required.33 The authorization shall be granted only if it is shown that the structures of the existing networks, or the networks that are being built, do not allow the same functions to be per- formed under equivalent or better conditions as the planned direct line.34 This criterion will be difficult to meet in areas where the availability of the public distribution network and the quality of service are good.35 One may also wonder whether the regulations on closed distribution networks, which operation is also sub- ject to authorization, would be applicable to local PPAs.36 Closed distribution networks, which were created by the French Ordinance of 15 December 2016,37 are defined as a system which distributes electricity within a geographi- cally confined site and which supplies non-household customers who run industrial, commercial or shared ser- vices businesses.38 In our views, these regulations should not apply to local PPAs because, practically speaking, one will only talk about a closed network when the operator is connected to the public transmission or distribution net- work and merely ‘redistributes’ the electricity, through its own installations, to one or several customer(s) estab- lished within the site managed by the operator. This is not the case of a producer. Grid Connection. In case the Grid Connection as defined in art. 17 has not yet been achieved, the Seller shall be obliged to perform the required planning and/or construction obligations according to the Construction Process as defined in this Chapter in order to achieve Grid Connection.

Meters and metering equipment shall be tested as per provision of SERC and as per IS 14697 at CPRI or at any NABL accredited lab before installation at site on the cost of power producer and should be properly sealed in the presence of designated authority from [Insert Name of State Nodal Agency] at the time of installation. The accuracy class, current rating and certifications of the net meter and generation meter shall confirm with the standards for net meter and standards for generation meter as provided [Insert Name of State] Policy for XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, 20XX and any subsequent amendment. Insurance: The Power Producer shall also take insurance for third party liability covering loss of human life, engineers and workmen and also covering the risks of damage, theft of material/ equipment/ properties after completion of the work(s). Before commencement of the work, the Power Producer shall ensure that all its employees and representatives are covered by suitable insurance against any damage, loss, injury or death arising out of the execution of the work.
