Group Membership. Groups on Prosper may be rated according to the collective payment performance of the group's members. Therefore, if you are a member of a group, your failure to make loan payments when due, or the failure of another group member to make loan payments when due, may have a negative effect on your group's rating.

Group Membership. Group membership rates may be available for companies/firms, clubs or other commercial businesses with 6 or more members. If at any time and for any reason the number of members under the group membership falls below 6, you will have 30 days to remedy, failing which the membership will be reclassified as individual membership. In that case members will be charged a supplement to align to the fees for individual members, for their remaining contract period.

(2) Any Member group recognized under the International Coffee Agreement 1994 shall continue to be recognized as a group unless it notifies the Council that it no longer wishes to be so recognized. (3) The Member group shall constitute a single Member of the Organization, except that each party to the group shall be treated as if it were a single Member in relation to matters arising under the following provisions: (a) Articles 11 and 12; and (b) Article 51. (4) The Contracting Parties and designated territories joining as a Member group shall specify the Government or organization which will represent them in the Council on matters arising under this Agreement other than those specified in paragraph (3) of this Article. (5) The voting rights of the Member group shall be as follows: (a) the Member group shall have the same number of basic votes as a single Member country joining the Organization in an individual capacity. Group Membership. 4.1 An Application for Group Membership may be made by a company forming part of a group of companies each of which is either a holding company or a subsidiary of the company making the application, on behalf of itself and one or more of those other companies (“group companies” or the “group”). 4.2 The company making the application will be the Member of the Scheme for all purposes connected with these Conditions and the Scheme generally to represent the group companies to the Operator and to enter into the agreement with the Operator on its and their behalf. 4.3 The Member shall confirm its authority to enter into the agreement for itself and on behalf of each other Group Company. 4.4 Details (including name, address, type of business and registered company number) of all the companies forming part of the Group Membership shall be provided to the Operator in a format specified by the Operator 4.5 The Member shall confirm the accuracy of the details of itself and each other Group Company 4.6 The Member shall inform the Operator immediately in writing if any group company ceases to be a member of that group and that company shall be deemed to have ceased to form part of the Group Membership from the date the notification is received by the Operator. 4.7 The Member shall inform the Operator immediately in writing if it proposes to add one or more companies to the Group Membership giving details of its name, address, business and the types and volumes of packaging handled and the Operator shall at its option accept the additional companies either immediately upon receipt of the notification or with effect from the next renewal date. 4.8 When any company leaves or joins the Group Membership the Member shall comply with the Operator’s reasonable requirements to supply revised calculations of the Group’s obligations under the Regulations in the format and within the time limit prescribed by the Operator. 4.9 The Member shall be jointly and severally liable under these Terms and Conditions with each other Group Company each of whom shall itself be severally liable under these Terms and Conditions.

Societies and media groups may charge membership fees, as determined by the individual groups. Membership to the associations, Nightline and DUCK is free. Membership fees are subject to VAT. 5. Non-student members and associate members of the SU may be charged increased membership fees. 6. Membership fees can only be expended on the group’s activities. 7. A member may leave a student group at any time, but membership fees are non- refundable. 8. Both member and non-member participants of student group activities must comply with relevant SU policies, regulations and codes of conduct.
