Group Purchasing. Blackstone facilitates a group purchasing program, which harnesses the purchasing power of a large number of Blackstone’s private equity portfolio companies. BMP agrees to make available to the Company the opportunity to participate in Blackstone’s group purchasing program. Any such participation would be at the Company’s direction and on terms mutually agreed by the Company and BMP. Holdco and the Company acknowledge that BMP may receive commissions, payments or fees from vendors or other third parties in connection with spending through Blackstone’s group purchasing program.
Group Purchasing. We provide the opportunity for you to participate, on the same basis as other franchisees, in group purchasing programs for products, supplies, insurance, and equipment, which we or our affiliates may from time to time develop, on terms that we alone determine. We and our affiliates have the right to set up exclusive dealing arrangements with selected vendors and receive payments from those vendors for any preferred vendor designation.
Group Purchasing. 3.1 Obligations The PROVIDER hereby acknowledges that he or she has the present Intention of participating in all of the group purchasing arrangements sponsored by RIPCPC. This agreement shall not, however, be construed to obligate the PROVIDER to purchase any particular amount of a given service or product. The PROVIDER further acknowledges that RIPCPC is acting as a negotiator and will neither take title to, nor be obligated to pay for, any services or products by virtue of this Agreement.
Group Purchasing. A MD Xxxxxxxx is an institution of System, which consists of eight (8) academic and six (6) health institutions. Texas law authorizes institutions of higher education (defined by Section 61.003, Texas Education Code) to use the group purchasing procurement method (ref. Sections 51.9335, 73.115, and 74.008, Texas Education Code). Therefore, if this Agreement resulted from a competitive procurement method, Contractor acknowledges that additional Texas institutions of higher education may elect to enter into a contract with Contractor for the Commissioning Services set forth in this Agreement, on the same terms and conditions recited herein, by entering into a separate contract with Contractor, or by concluding an appropriate addendum to this Agreement. In either case, it is understood and agreed that:

BBH agrees to make available to the Company the opportunity to participate in Blackstone’s group purchasing program. Any such participation would be on terms mutually agreed by the Company and BBH. Parent and the Company acknowledge that BBH may receive commissions, payments or fees from vendors or other third parties in connection with spending through Blackstone’s group purchasing program.
Group Purchasing. 3.1 The Customer may enter the Contract for and on behalf of M&Y. Where the Order states the Customer is entering into the Contract for and on behalf of M&Y; the Supplier shall provide Services to the Customer and M&Y. In addition, the Supplier may be required to provide Services directly to other members of the Regenda Group in accordance with this clause 3.
3.2 A Buyer may at its absolute discretion from time to time order Services from the Supplier by issuing an order (Buyer’s Order) which may include (or have appended) a Scope of Works.
3.3 The Buyer shall purchase the Services from the Supplier on a non- exclusive basis and nothing in this Contract shall be construed as any guarantee or commitment as to the minimum amount of Services which the Buyer shall purchase from the Supplier.
3.4 Upon the Buyer placing its Order, the Buyer and the Supplier shall be contractually bound by a direct contract that includes these Conditions (with the exception of this clause 3), the provisions of the Buyer’s Order, the Specification and the Scope of Works, which together shall govern the relationship between the Supplier and the Buyer (Buyer Contract). In the Buyer Contract, all references in these Conditions to the Customer shall be interpreted as referring to the Buyer (subject to clause 3.6 below).
3.5 Each Buyer Contract is a separate contract. Liabilities accrued and/or the exercise of rights under a contract between the Supplier and Buyer shall not give rise to any rights or liabilities under the Contract or a contract between the Supplier and a different Buyer. Termination of a Buyer Contract shall not serve to terminate the Contract or the contract between the Supplier and a different Buyer.
3.6 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Customer is entitled to the benefit of all rights and claims arising under the Buyer Contract, including the right to rely upon all the Supplier’s obligations, warranties and representations in addition to and as if it was the Buyer. Accordingly, termination of the Contract with the Customer shall serve to terminate all Buyer Contracts, and such term shall be implied into all Buyer’s Orders.
Group Purchasing. This project aims to help organisations served by Moisson Montréal work cooperatively to buy additional food.
Group Purchasing. Customer may disclose contract terms if the purpose is to allow other schools or entities under the same college or university system of group, state, or country to procure services through Apogee using this agreement.

BMP will continue to make available to the Company Parties and their respective subsidiaries the opportunity to participate in Blackstone’s group purchasing program. Any such participation would be on terms mutually agreed by the relevant Company Parties and BMP from time to time. The Company Parties acknowledge that BMP may receive commissions, payments or fees from vendors or other third parties in connection with spending through Blackstone’s group purchasing program. The foregoing arrangement discussed in this section shall continue as long as Blackstone and the Company Parties shall mutually agree.
Group Purchasing. Columbia shall provide the Partnership with appropriate access to, or the benefit of, Columbia's purchasing greements or purchasing programs of Columbia/HCA, to the extent that Columbia is legally or practically able to do so.
