Group Reservations. Reservations of eleven rooms or more must be guaranteed by advance payment. In this respect, the separate terms and conditions of each hotel also apply.
Group Reservations. Reservations must be made through Carrier’s Group Desk when ten (10) or more Passengers are booked as a group traveling on the same itinerary. Refundable fares are not available for group reservations. If a group reservation is canceled within twenty-four

Group Reservations. Reservations for ten (10) or more Participants traveling as a group on the same itinerary must be made through JSX’s Group Desk, which can be contacted at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Group reservations are not eligible to purchase refundable (All In) fares and are subject to cancellation and refund policies unique to group reservations as defined below:
Group Reservations. Reservations for eight (8) or nine (9) Passengers traveling on the same itinerary may be made by calling 0-000-XXXXXXX. Reservations for ten (10) or more Passengers traveling on the same itinerary must be made through Carrier’s Group Desk. Refundable fares are not available for group reservations. If a group reservation is canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of booking and such reservation is made one week or more prior to the flight’s departure, payment will be refunded in full without assessment of a cancellation fee. Such refund will include any deposit that a party or individual is required to make at the time of booking. Such group reservations are subject to all applicable group policies and procedures established by Carrier.
Group Reservations. (The following applies specific to group reservations)
9.1. All groups are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 60 days before arrival date or as stipulated in the individually negotiated contract.
9.2. The Full payment for the entire stay is required 30 days prior to arrival to secure the reservation.
9.3. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required on booking.
9.4. Vouchers are required for all Group bookings received via Tour Operator or Travel Agent and must be presented on check-in for them to be accepted.
Group Reservations. 6.1. All groups are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 60 days before arrival date or as stipulated in the individually negotiated contract.
6.2. The following Cancellation Policy applies to the remaining 50% of the full value of the stay:
6.2.1. Cancellation 15 to 30 Days prior to the arrival date: 50% Cancellation fee applicable.
6.2.2. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the reservation date: 100% Cancellation fee applicable.
6.3. If the payment requested has not been received by the due date stipulated on your booking, the reservation will be released unless prior alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
6.4. Where a cancellation is not made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy terms, we reserve the right to charge full fees, in accordance with the above, against your payment details provided, without your presence or further authorisation being required.
6.5. If your method of payment is EFT, you will be billed, and you will liable to make full payment on demand.
Group Reservations. NI shall be entitled to make reasonable Golf Group Reservations up to eighteen (18) months in advance in connection with organized special golf events and/or tournaments. Owner shall use its good faith efforts in providing such Golf Group Reservations requested by NI. Golf Group Reservations shall be made in connection with advance Hotel group reservations (minimum fifteen (15) rooms) and a reasonable deposit must be made to Owner at least six (6) months in advance. "Golf Group Reservations" shall mean reservations for at least twenty- four (24) players.

If a group reservation is canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the reservation or a week or more before the departure of the flight, the payment will be refunded in full without evaluation of a cancellation fee. Said refund will include any deposit that a party or individual must make at the time of booking. These group reserves are subject to all applicable group policies and procedures established by the Operator.
