Guarantee of Timely Completion. GEC shall administer and perform the Work generally in accordance with the Project Schedule and guarantees that Commercial Operation shall occur by the Guaranteed Completion Date. Subject to successful Performance Tests that demonstrate achievement of desired plant Performance, a Completion Bonus shall be paid by the Owner to GEC for achieving Commercial Operation before the Guaranteed Completion Date, in accordance with Exhibit C-3.
