GUILD MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. 5.1 The City agrees that the Guild has the right to encourage all employees in the bargaining unit to become and remain members in good standing of the Guild and the Guild accepts its responsibility to fairly represent all employees in the bargaining unit regardless of membership status.
