Handover Requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR The Contractor shall provide the Services in accordance with this contract. The Contractor shall provide qualified English-speaking personnel, in accordance with the submitted proposal, as necessary to perform the Services under this Contract. The key persons shall be available for possible tasks related to the Services throughout the duration of the Contract period. Any replacement of the key personnel shall be made in accordance with Clause 4 of IRENA’s General Terms and Conditions for Professional Services.
