If installation is purchased from CalAmp, it will be performed by CalAmp’s authorized contractor subject to Customer’s compliance with CalAmp’s installation process.
Hardware Installation. Hardware installation support (remote or on-site) is provided per the terms of the Customer’s applicable Service Addendum for the Pilot Services related to that Hardware.
Hardware Installation. In the case of an on-site installation, the Integration Specialist will install the appropriate hardware portions of the System in a standard 4-post equipment rack based on specifications provided by Customer in the Site Readiness Form. The Integration Specialist will wire equipment to the AC power system. Customer’s duties include installing/implementing all Ethernet cables and/or media conversion. In the case of a remote installation, Customer will be responsible for racking and powering the iTVFusion servers, and connecting them to Customer’s network so the Integration Specialist can connect to the System remotely.
Hardware Installation. The Implementation Partner is responsible for all unpacking, assemblies, wiring, installations, cabling between hardware units and connecting to power supplies. The Implementation Partner will test all hardware operations and accomplish all adjustments necessary for successful and continuous operation of the hardware at all installation sites.
Hardware Installation. Client acknowledges and agrees that installation of any hardware, equipment, or materials necessary for AbeTech to provide the Services is Client’s responsibility. However, Client may request that AbeTech install any hardware, equipment, or materials necessary for AbeTech to provide the Services. AbeTech’s agreement (if any) to install such hardware, equipment, or materials is expressly conditioned upon: (i) Client’s execution of the Request Form attached hereto as Exhibit B; and (ii) Client’s agreement to indemnify and hold AbeTech harmless against any claim, including costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, for or relating in any way to death, personal injury, or damage to property and in which AbeTech is named as a result of the location and method of installation of such hardware, equipment, or materials.
Hardware Installation. The Customer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of the Hardware, including without limitation obtaining all permits, licenses or certificates required for the installation or use of the Hardware. The Customer shall not use, duplicate or disclose any technical data delivered or disclosed by Miovision to the Customer for any purpose other than for installation, operation or maintenance of Hardware. If Customer does not wish to self•install the Hardware, it may request that Miovision provide the Hardware Installation Service, the fee for which shall be set forth in the applicable Statement of Work. The Customer shall be solely responsible throughout the Hardware Term for the operation and maintenance of the Hardware by competent personnel in compliance with Miovision instructions and documentation, and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Click Finish to complete the installation. Note: When connecting the WorldPenScan pen to another USB port, follow these same steps to install again.
