Hazardous Waste Disposal. The Subcontractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the transport, storage, treatment and disposal of regulated waste materials included in, or generated during the performance of this subcontract. The parties agree that all hazardous substances and waste are the property of the Subcontractor unless otherwise specified in a written agreement between SDSTA and SDSTA.
Hazardous Waste Disposal. Astrotech will provide for disposal of hazardous materials, such as propellants and solvents, resulting from Payload Processing Activities pursuant to Section 6.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
Hazardous Waste Disposal. Transport and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with Federal, State, local and applicable station requirements. Any off-site disposal shall be documented by provision of manifests and certificates of destruction.
Hazardous Waste Disposal. Licensee shall be responsible for handling and disposal of waste and materials generated by Licensee’s operations at the Premises. All hazardous waste handling and disposal shall be performed in accordance with applicable law and Licensor’s safety guidelines.
Hazardous Waste Disposal. Seller shall minimize any hazardous waste generated on Buyer property by Seller in the performance of this PO, and Seller shall notify Buyer who will arrange for and pay for disposal, unless otherwise provided for in this PO. The hazardous waste is to be correctly identified and delivered to defined sites during regular business hours. The Seller is expressly prohibited to take any hazardous waste off Buyer property without specific written direction. Nothing contained in this clause shall relieve the Seller from complying with applicable Laws in connection with hazardous material/hazardous waste.
Hazardous Waste Disposal. To the best knowledge of Trimark, Trimark has materially complied with all laws regulating the discharge and disposal of hazardous waste, the violation of which would have a material, adverse effect on the operations or financial condition of Trimark, including, but not limited to:
Hazardous Waste Disposal. Work performed at HTRW locations will generally follow the CERCLA process. However, some projects may follow the RCRA compliance process. If disposal is required per the task order, the Contractor shall ensure that all hazardous waste is properly transported to and disposed of at a permitted Treatment Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) in compliance with all applicable International, Federal, State, and local requirements.
Hazardous Waste Disposal. Following the Closing, (a) Baker Hughes shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Company in connection with any removal and disposal, after the Closing Date, of any accumulated hazardous waste (as defined or listed under Environmental Law) to the extent present at any Baker Hughes Transferred Facility as of the Closing Date, and (b) any such disposal and removal shall be conducted using the relevant facility’s EPA identification number for such waste.

Following the Closing, (a) Partner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Company in connection with any removal and disposal, after the Closing Date, of any accumulated hazardous waste (as defined or listed under Environmental Law) to the extent present at any Partner Contributed Facility as of the Closing Date, and (b) any such disposal and removal shall be conducted using the relevant facility’s EPA identification number for such waste.
Hazardous Waste Disposal. The Partner’s hazardous waste shall be disposed by and at the expense of the Partner as established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
