Headings and Terms. The title and headings of this Lease are for convenience of reference only and shall not in any way be utilized to construe or interpret the agreement of the parties as otherwise set forth herein. The term “Landlord” and term “Tenant” as used herein shall mean, where appropriate, all persons acting by or on behalf of the respective parties, except as to any required approval, consents or amendments, modifications or supplements hereunder when such terms shall only mean the parties originally named on the first page of this Lease as Landlord and Tenant, respectively, and their agents so authorized in writing.
