Common use of Health and Welfare Plan Provisions Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Plan Provisions. Insured benefits provisions for JLMIC-Eligible Employees during the term of this Agreement shall be as described in Attachment A, including but not limited to maintaining the JLMIC-Eligible Employees’ out-of-pocket costs for the HMO, PPO and XXX plans, unless otherwise modified by the Parties or modified pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Parties hereby agree that modifications will be by written agreement subject to ratification, as necessary.
