Health Care Services. All Medicaid services provided by a Contractor under contract with the State Medicaid agency in any setting, including but not limited to medical care, behavioral health care, and supports.
Health Care Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide comprehensive and medically necessary medical, dental, and mental healthcare services with related pharmacy services (including provision of pharmaceuticals) on a non-capitated basis to inmates in the Facility that meet or exceed the minimum requirements outlined in this Contract. This includes all healthcare treatment and related program support services. No deviations from the minimum service requirements shall be permitted without the prior written approval of the Bureau Chief. CONTRACTOR and the Department shall each act in good faith in the performance of all their respective contract duties and responsibilities. Access to and provision of all services outlined herein shall be in accordance with minimum constitutionally adequate levels of healthcare regardless of place of assignment or disciplinary status. CONTRACTOR must adhere to all FDC criteria, definitions, and classifications regarding medical and psychological grades. CONTRACTOR must be prepared to follow the most current version of FDC terminology, procedures, and health services bulletins.
Health Care Services. A. We will provide the Resident with general nursing care and nursing treatments such as administration of medication, preventive skin care, assistance with bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing and mobility. (Throughout this Agreement is information about which services are covered in the Facility's daily rate and which are available for an additional charge.)

Integrator or its End User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, certificates, exemptions, and other authorizations required for the provision of health care services using the HealthPresence Products, and obtaining any required patient consents. Integrator or its End User is solely responsible for its provision of health care services to patients using the HealthPresence Products and does so at its sole risk.

As set forth above, the Facility is not licensed to offer and does not offer assistance with medications, bathing, dressing, mobility needs, or other personal care activities in its independent residential apartments. Resident shall be responsible for Resident's own health care and personal care needs while residing in the Residence. Programs promoting wellness and health screenings will be offered by the Facility.
Health Care Services. To comply with the Family Rights and Privacy Act, we keep a record of the health care services that we provide to each student. You may ask to see a copy of your student’s record. You may also ask us to correct that record. We will not disclose your record to others unless you direct us to do so, or unless the law authorizes or compels us to do so. You may see your record or get information about it at the attending school. Health information pertaining to special education needs is located in the Special Services Department at Tahoma School District Central Services Center.
