If the above dog develops a severe genetic disease before its first birthday and can no longer function as a pet the breeder will replace the puppy at no charge with a comparable puppy or the Buyer may choose to receive a refund of no more than the total price of the puppy. However, if the Buyer chooses the first option of a comparable puppy the Buyer will be placed at the top of the Breeder’s breeding list of a future litter. If the Buyer chooses to receive a refund, the Buyer will be required to provide a certified documented veterinarian letter within 15 days of the puppies diagnoses, to include but not limited to X-rays, to the Seller which can then be evaluated by the Seller’s veterinarian. The buyer's veterinarian must state in writing that the condition will prevent the dog from leading a reasonably normal life. If the Buyer chooses to have corrective surgery to address this condition, which will enable the dog to lead a reasonably normal life with a normal life expectancy, Chowifornia’s guarantee will not apply. However, if the Buyer must have their dog euthanized based on their health provider’s prognosis, the one year health guarantee will apply with written proof of said euthanization. This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undropped testicles, umbilical hernia, and or entropion. Unless otherwise specified, all vet bills for corrective surgery, cosmetic surgery, shots and normal health care, euthanasia, spay/neuter and also travel costs are responsibility of the Buyer. Once the Seller has confirmed the diagnosis with their veterinarian the Seller will provide the Buyer with the Buyer’s chosen option of a replacement puppy or a full refund, as soon as the Seller has availability at their discretion. The Seller will try to provide the Buyer with a puppy of the same sex, accepting the fact that the Seller is at the mercy of Mother Nature for numbers, colors and sex of the puppies. Waiting time for a replacement puppy will vary depending on the number of litters the Seller may have at any given time. All the vet bills and returned traveling/shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer and the above puppy will not be accepted by the Breeder. This health guarantee will remain valid if the current owners of Chowifornia Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx maintain their current kennel operation as a business. In the event they terminate their kennel business, this guarantee will immediately cease to be valid and they will be absolved of any future obligations under this guarantee effective the date of said termination. Health Guarantees. The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy somewhat thin, and not overweight, as heavy weight can contribute to hip displasyia. The Buyer agrees to avoid activities with the dog prior to the age of one year or when the bones are fully developed which are known to cause hip injury. These include jumping be it over jumps or into or out of the back of a vehicle, running as in jogging on leash over long distances or beside a bicycle, rough play with other dogs which includes body banging, and sports such as flyball or frisbee and any other activity which requires the dog to leap into the air. Also included is chasing the Kong or other toys which bounce at odd angles causing the dog's body to torque and twist and any other activity which causes the dog's body to torque and twist. In other words, the Buyer agrees to avoid any activities with the dog which common sense would say is not suitable for good hip health. Seller provides also warrants that the puppy will be free of debilitating bilateral genetic canine hip dysplasia the first year of its life. If the puppy develops debilitating bilateral genetic canine hip dysplasia during the first 12 months of its life, Buyer may at that time return the puppy to Seller for a replacement puppy. Buyer must provide, at Xxxxx's own expense, x-rays of the puppy performed by a licensed veterinarian, certified and skilled at producing x-rays of OFA evaluation. If Xxxxxx's veterinarians agree that the dog does have debilitating bilateral genetic canine hip dysplasia, Buyer shall be entitled to return the dog for a replacement puppy. Neglect or injury will void any guarantee of good hips. The puppy has been fed pawTree™ and is required to stay on pawTree™ food and joint support glucosamine-based formula for the entire first 9 years of the puppy’s life. Buyer must create a free membership by completing a pet profile before ordering their products through pawTree. The Breeder will contact the Buyer and assist them with this process. The Breeder will provide all the information needed to create this membership, walk the Buyer through their first order, answer any questions, as well as help set up the account and show them how to have full control over all future orders. Every time the Buyer places an order with pawTree the pawTree corporate office notifies the Breeder. The Breeder will print this information out and put it in the Buyer's file to keep the health guarantee active and current. If the Buyer does NOT want to purchase pawTree™ food or pet food seasoning or joint supplements, OR cancels at any time then this entire 9 health guarantee with be null and void and the Buyer will only receive a 1 year health guarantee. (1) Provide all veterinarian medical records; (2) Return, at Xxxxx's expense, the original dog develops a severe genetic disease before its first birthday and can no longer function as a pet to Seller.
(3) Return the breeder dog's AKC papers with transfer of ownership back to Seller.
(4) Shipment of the replacement puppy will replace the puppy be at no charge with a comparable Buyer expense. A replacement puppy or dog will be from a subsequent litter of equal value. Guarantees and Warranties apply only to the original dog purchased as identified on the Bill of Sale and not to replacements. These warranties shall be void if: (1) Buyer's care of the puppy/dog is the cause of the dog's ill health; (2) the puppy/dog is returned in ill health or poor condition due to Buyer's negligence or the failure of Buyer may choose to receive a refund of provide necessary veterinarian care or immunizations; (3) the dog is returned grossly overweight; or (4) the dog is sold or ownership is transferred, (5) the dog has been injured in any way. For puppies sold with breeding rights, Seller makes no more than warranties about the total price reproductive suitability or capabilities of the puppy. Health Guarantees. Seller provides Buyer shall have this Cat examined by a one year licensed veterinarian within two working days of delivery or the health guarantee on any one puppy that is purchased from Chowifornianull and void. If the above dog develops veterinarian finds that this Cat has an illness that was present prior to sale, the Breeder MUST be notified before any treatment is provided. If the Breeder disagrees with the treatment recommended, the Breeder reserves the right to have this Cat taken to another veterinarian of the Breeder’s choice for a severe genetic disease before its first birthday and can no longer function as a pet second opinion, at the breeder will replace Breeder’s expense for said second opinion. The second opinion shall be the puppy at no charge with a comparable puppy or the deciding diagnosis.
a. Buyer may choose to receive return the Cat under paragraph 12 if this Cat is not suitable as a refund pet/companion due to medical diagnosis.
b. Breeder provides one month of no more than the total price health insurance from Trupanion. As a result of the puppy. However, if the Buyer chooses the first option of a comparable puppy the Buyer will be placed at the top of the Breeder’s breeding list of a future litter. this provision Breeder is not responsible for treatment costs incurred by this Cat.
c. If the Buyer chooses to receive a refundkeep this Cat, the Buyer is responsible for all treatment costs incurred by this Cat.
d. If this Cat dies from an illness present prior to the sale, the Breeder has the option of refunding the purchase price or replacing this Cat with one of equal value, when available.
e. If this Cat dies of a genetic or congenital defect before two years of age, the Breeder has the option of refunding the purchase price or replacing this Cat with one of equal value, when available. Death must be confirmed by a written necropsy report, including toxicology and histology reports from an established pathology laboratory. Buyer is responsible for these costs.
f. Breeder’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of this Cat.
g. This Cat will be required fully vaccinated, including rabies, at the time of delivery. No additional vaccines will be required. Any additional vaccinations prior to provide a certified documented veterinarian letter within 15 days 1 year and 3 months of age make this health guarantee null and void. The Breeder does not recommend and highly discourages the use of the puppies diagnosesFeLV or FIP vaccine and their use at any time shall make this health guarantee null and void.
h. This Cat should be isolated from other cats/kittens in the home for a period of 21 days. The Breeder is not liable for any illness or injury to other pets in the home caused by exposure to this Cat. New cats may show signs of stress including, to include but not limited to X-raysto, to sneezing, discharge from the Seller which can then be evaluated nose or eyes, diarrhea, and/or constipation. These symptoms are not covered by the Seller’s veterinarianhealth guarantee.
