Common use of Hearing and Conferences Clause in Contracts

Hearing and Conferences. Hearings and conferences relative to any grievance shall be conducted at a time and place which will afford a fair and reasonable opportunity for all persons, including witnesses entitled to be present to attend. Such hearings and conferences will be held, insofar as possible, after regular school hours or during non-teaching time of personnel involved. In the event that it is not possible for the Administration to meet with the arbitrator outside the regular school day, up to three (3) grievants shall be excused with no loss of pay.
