Hearings and Decisions. A. At each of the levels of the grievance procedure the grievant, and their representative shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Hearings at each level will be held at times mutually agreeable to both the District and Association. B. All decisions at Level II and Level III shall be in writing and shall include supporting reasons. Copies of all decisions and recommendations shall be promptly furnished to all parties in interest. C. All decisions shall be implemented within ten (10) days unless stated otherwise in the decision.
