Heaters and Defrosters. The Employer shall install and maintain heaters and defrosters on all trucks and all safety equipment required by law. Complaints regarding heaters or defrosters not being in proper working order shall be addressed pursuant to the red-tagging procedures under Article 18, Section 2. All new step van package cars will be manufactured with a minimum of 44,000 BTU heaters. In extreme cold climates concerns over in cab conditions may be brought before the local Safety and Health Committee for review and resolution.

Xxxxxx is responsible to thoroughly clean grills during stay and upon departure.

  • Adult Apprentices People who are 21 years of age or over at the time of entering into an apprenticeship with the Employer will be paid as per the wage rates set out in the appropriate Appendix to this Agreement. Where special or unusual circumstances occur or apply and where the parties to this Agreement and the adult apprentice agree in writing, the adult apprentice may be paid at a lesser rate, provided that the lesser rate will not be less than the rate for a junior apprentice set out in the appropriate Appendix to this Agreement.
