Rubric The rubrics are a scoring tool used for the Educator’s self-assessment, the formative assessment, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation. The districts may use either the rubrics provided by ESE or comparably rigorous and comprehensive rubrics developed or adopted by the district and reviewed by ESE.
Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit. GRILLS Fire code dictates there are to be no grills on any decks, near siding and/ or under the home. Tenant should not assume grills are present, functional, or permitted at any Property. If a grill is present and functional, Tenant is responsible for grilling tools, gas tanks, charcoal/lighter fluid and assumes full responsibility for any damages to the grill or resulting from use of a grill. Xxxxxx is responsible to thoroughly clean grills during stay and upon departure.
Adult Apprentices People who are 21 years of age or over at the time of entering into an apprenticeship with the Employer will be paid as per the wage rates set out in the appropriate Appendix to this Agreement. Where special or unusual circumstances occur or apply and where the parties to this Agreement and the adult apprentice agree in writing, the adult apprentice may be paid at a lesser rate, provided that the lesser rate will not be less than the rate for a junior apprentice set out in the appropriate Appendix to this Agreement.
Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.
SUB-CONTRACTORS Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.
Inductions 57.1 Prior to first attending the site, all Employees shall have successfully completed the Basic Site Induction (Construction Induction Card) course conducted by a RTO. Employees shall provide proof evidencing same if requested.
