Hedging Policy. The Company maintains a hedging policy, as such policy is described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020, filed with the Commission on September 14, 2020, of entering into derivative transactions in the ordinary course of its business for non-speculative purposes and which is consistent with the prudent management of risk related to volatility in prices of its precious metals inventory and foreign currency exchange fluctuations. The Company has no plan or intention to materially alter its stated hedging policy and is and at all times has been in compliance with such policy. The Company has entered into derivative transactions pursuant to such policy in such amounts and covering such risks as the Company reasonably believes are adequate, given current market conditions and trends, to hedge price changes in its underlying precious metals inventory.
