Common use of HHSC Additional Rights Clause in Contracts

HHSC Additional Rights. HHSC will have ownership and unlimited rights to use, disclose, duplicate, or publish all information and data developed, derived, documented, or furnished by Contractor under or resulting from the Contract. Such data will include all results, technical information, and materials developed for or obtained by HHSC from Contractor in the performance of the Work. If applicable, Contractor will reproduce and include HHSC’s copyright, proprietary notice, or any product identifications provided by Contractor.
