Hire or Rehire. Employees who are hired or rehired into regular positions shall be subject to a probationary period. The probation period is one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days. Bus Operators, hired or rehired after the first full pay period after Assembly Approval, shall be subject to a probation period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days.

  • No Right to Employment Any questions as to whether and when there has been a Termination and the cause of such Termination shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Committee. (d) Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, neither the General Partner nor any of its Affiliates shall sell, transfer or convey any property to, or purchase any property from, the Partnership, directly or indirectly, except pursuant to transactions that are on terms that are fair and reasonable to the Partnership.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
