HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS. 10.1 The Hirer must comply with and shall procure that its officers, agents, employees and Delegates comply with: (a) all applicable laws, statutes and regulations from time to time in force in relation to the hire and use of the Facilities and attendance at the Venue; (b) any health and safety regulations, and security and other reasonable requirements that apply to the Venue and/or the Room and have been communicated to the Hirer; (c) any instructions from any member of wallacespace staff in the event of a fire or other emergency or in respect of any other security or health and safety matters. 10.2 The Hirer shall not hold itself out to be connected to wallacespace, nor, without the prior written consent of wallacespace, use the wallacespace name or logos on any promotional or other materials. 10.3 The Hirer will not affix any poster, notice, placard, sign or other item to any part of the Venue or Room nor erect any display or stand unless wallacespace’s prior written agreement has been obtained. 10.4 The Hirer will be responsible for keeping proper order and for ensuring that all Delegates behave in an appropriate manner. This includes the treatment of wallacespace staff with respect, not causing damage to the Venue or Equipment, not introducing any malicious or technologically harmful material to wallacespace’s tech systems and not using the tech systems for any unlawful purpose. wallacespace reserves the right to exclude any Delegate from the Venue who does not behave in such a manner. 10.5 Externally purchased or produced food and drink may not be brought into the Venue for consumption. In particular, other than that supplied by wallacespace, wines, spirits or other beverages are not permitted to be brought into the Venue for consumption unless prior written consent has been given by wallacespace and wallacespace’s “corkage” charges from time to time shall be added to, and payable with, the Price. 10.6 The Hirer shall indemnify wallacespace from and against all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, damages, penalties or proceedings arising out of or connected with any loss or theft of or damage to any property of any person at the Venue, damage to the Venue or Facilities, or any death or injury of any person at the Venue as a result of any act or omission of the Hirer or its officers, employees, agents or Delegates or any other person on the Venue with the actual or implied authority of any of them. 10.7 The Hirer shall maintain in force, with ...

HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS a) The Hirer acknowledges having received the Vehicle in a clean condition, with a full fuel tank and full bottle of gas (if applicable). The Hirer will return the Vehicle in a clean condition with a full fuel tank and a full bottle of gas (if applicable, and subject to any pre-purchase fuel and/or pre- purchase gas option being taken), on the Return Date at the time and at the Return Point set out in the Rental Agreement. b) The Hirer must ensure that all reasonable care is taken in handling and parking the Vehicle and that it is left securely locked when not in use. c) The Hirer must ensure that the recommended levels are maintained with respect to the water in the radiator and battery, the oil and the tyre pressures of the Vehicle. d) Smoking and/or animals (excluding registered guide or assistance dogs) are not permitted in the Vehicle at any time. If this condition is breached, the Hirer must pay to JUCY a cleaning fee determined by JUCY in its reasonable opinion and being not more than $250. e) The Hirer must ensure that all Authorised Drivers comply with, and all Authorised Drivers shall be bound by, these terms and conditions and all Authorised Drivers must carry their driver’s licence with them when driving the Vehicle. f) In the event of any new damage to the Vehicle, the Hirer must notify JUCY of the full circumstances of the damage as soon as practicable (being not more than 48 hours) from the time the Hirer has knowledge of the damage. g) If there is an equipment defect or mechanical failure of the Vehicle during the Term of Hire, the Hirer must notify JUCY as soon as practicable, and in any event within 48 hours, from the time the Hirer has knowledge of the defect or failure to give JUCY the opportunity to rectify the problem during the Term of Hire. JUCY does not accept liability for any claims submitted after this period. h) The Hirer must ensure that a copy of this Agreement is kept in the Vehicle throughout the Term of Hire and produced without delay for inspection on demand by an enforcement officer i) The Hirer shall not: i) drive or use the Vehicle (or permit the Vehicle to be driven or used) otherwise than in a prudent and cautious manner. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a single Vehicle rollover shall be considered a breach of this clause 6(i) unless the Stress Free Plus excess reduction has been taken out;
HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS. 7.1 The Hirer must not: (a) use the Use Area for any purposes other than the Permitted Use; (b) use the Use Area or any other part of the Property outside the Access Times, including for set up/pack up (which must be done within the agreed Access Times); (c) exceed the Maximum Number of Attendees in the Use Area at any time; (d) store any goods, merchandise, equipment or other items in the Use Area or the Property without the prior written consent of UCA or as otherwise provided for in this Agreement; (e) use any electrical appliances (other than those included in the Use Area by UCA), gas cylinders or gas appliances in the Use Area without the prior written consent of UCA (such consent to be given in UCA’s absolute discretion), and then only where those cylinders and/or appliances meet the applicable Australian Standards. The Hirer agrees and acknowledges that where they use gas cylinders and/or appliances in accordance with this clause, that use will be at the risk of the Hirer; (f) use any equipment or system in or on the Use Area that may overload the electrical, water, gas or other services to the Use Area; (g) drive any nails, screws or hooks into any part of the Use Area without the prior written consent of UCA, such consent to be given in UCA’s absolute discretion; (h) display any form of business or advertising signage in the Use Area or elsewhere on the Property without the prior written consent of UCA, such consent to be given in UCA’s absolute discretion; (i) lodge or allow to be lodged a caveat against the Property or the land on which the Use Area is located; (j) use the address of the Use Area and/or the Property as their mailing or other registered address without the prior written consent of UCA, such consent to be given in UCA’s absolute discretion; (k) advertise using the name, logo or other intellectual property of UCA, including but not limited to any intellectual property of UCA associated with the Property or the Use Area, without the prior written consent of UCA, such consent to be given in UCA’s absolute discretion; (l) allow any rubbish to be left in the Use Area; (m) use inflammable or dangerous substances in the Use Area or Storage Area except as may be permitted by law; (n) use any public address system, microphone or amplified equipment of any type which may be heard outside the Use Area without the prior written consent of UCA; (o) bring any kind of live animal (including but not limited to dogs) onto the Property without the...
HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS. The Hirer shall ensure that all reasonable care is taken in handling and parking the vehicle. In particular, the Hirer must ensure that the vehicle is securely locked, the vehicle is in gear (or P for automatic vehicles) and the handbrake is engaged when not in use. The Hirer shall ensure that the recommended levels are maintained with respect to the water in the radiator of the vehicle, the oil and the tyre pressures of the vehicle. Any on-board LPG gas bottles must be filled prior to return. Smoking and/or animals (excluding registered guide or assistance dogs) are not permitted in the vehicle at any time. Wendekreisen reserves the right to charge a minimum vehicle grooming fee of $200 in the case of failure to comply with this policy. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring any roads entered are not subject to severe weather warnings. Entering roads with severe weather warnings is at the driver’s risk (see section 12). The Hirer is responsible for keeping up to date with weather updates and associated warnings. It is the Hirer's responsibility to be aware of and act in compliance with all New Zealand Transport Agency rules and regulations. NZ law stipulates that children under 7 years of age must be properly restrained in an approved car restraint. It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure the child restraint is installed correctly in the vehicle. If the vehicle has an approved on/off switch modification to allow the front passenger airbag to be disabled in order to use a rear facing child restraint seat in that passenger seat, then the Hirer acknowledges that Wendekreisen has explained to them the operation of that switch and the Hirer accepts full responsibility for operating that switch.

HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS. 6.1 The hirer agrees that: (i) the equipment will be used in accordance with the conditions outlined in the Schedule. (ii) the particulars in the Schedule are correct in every respect and are not misleading in any way including, without limitation, by omission. (iii) the hirer and/or all its relevant personnel hold a valid current driver’s licence, operating licence or permit valid for the type of equipment hired. (iv) the equipment will not be used for any illegal purpose. (v) the hirer’s vehicle is suitable for towing the equipment if required. the hirer will not, without prior written consent of the owner, tamper with, repair or modify the equipment in any way, or permit another to do so. (vi) the hirer will not remove the equipment from the State or Territory in which it is hired without the prior approval of the owner.
HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS. 6.1 The Hirer shall ensure that: • The oil in the Vehicle is refilled if the oil warning light shows. Failure to do this may result in engine damage charged to the Hirer. • The tyres are maintained at the proper pressure. • Only 95 or higher Octane “premium” fuel is put into the Vehicle. • The Vehicle is returned in a clean and tidy condition. 6.2 The Hirer shall ensure that all reasonable care is taken in handling and parking the Vehicle and that it is left securely locked when not in use. 6.3 The Hirer is responsible for payment of all tolls, parking tickets & traffic offenses.

HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS. The Hirer hereby agrees with the Owner as follows:- (a) To obtain delivery of the Goods at the Hirer's sole risk, cost and expense. In default of so doing the Hirer shall permit the Owner to take possession of the Goods for the purpose of having repairs and replacements carried out and to repay to the Owner the full costs of such repairs and replacements so incurred by the Owner upon demand together with interest thereon at the rate provided in Clause 5 hereof from the date on which such costs were incurred until the date of payment thereof by the Hirer. (c) That all the repairs and replacements to the Goods arising from any cause whatsoever including fair wear and tear shall be carried out at the Hirer's expense by a person or persons or firm or company approved in writing by the Owner provided nevertheless that the Hirer shall not have or be deemed to have any authority to pledge the Owner's credit for the repair or replacement of the Goods or any part thereof or otherwise or to create any lien upon the Goods in respect of such repairs or replacements or for any other purposes or thing whatsoever. (d) To pay punctually for all work done to the Goods and for spare parts and accessories thereto and keep the Goods free from any distress, execution or other legal process. (e) To insert and/or maintain on the Goods any insignia identification marks notice or plates as required by the Owner and that the Hirer shall not remove, deface, obliterate, cover up or conceal the same. (f) To give immediate notice in writing to the Owner of any loss, damage or destruction of the Goods or any part thereof together with details of the same. (g) Immediately after the signing of this Agreement at the Hirer's own expense to insure and to keep insured at all times the Goods in the joint names of the Owner as owner and the Hirer as hirer thereof for their respective interests during the continuance of the hiring against loss or damage by accident, fire, burglary, strik...
HIRER’S OBLIGATIONS. The Hirer must: (a) at its own cost in all respects observe and comply with all Laws that apply to this Agreement and all directions, notices and Requirements of any Government Agency relating to its use and occupation of the Hired Area; (b) keep available for inspection by the School Council upon request, all licences, permits and registrations required for the carrying on of any activity by the Hirer in or upon the Hired Area; (c) ensure the Hired Area is kept secure, clean and free from debris and rubbish; (d) not do anything in or near the Hired Area or the Land which is noxious, offensive or a nuisance and not cause any injury or nuisance to neighbours; (e) comply with all Department policies and guidelines which deal with the safety or health of persons on the Hired Area or otherwise under its control; (f) not erect, display, affix or exhibit on or at the Hired Area any signs unless it has obtained the School Council's written approval and necessary planning and building permits from the relevant Government Agency; (g) observe fire precautions; (h) at all times exercise due care, skill and judgement and act with the utmost good faith; and (i) not install any fixtures or fittings.
