Hirers Responsibility. 1.1 The Hirer agrees as follows: • To use the Facility only for the purposes nominated in the Agreement. • To limit the number of persons in the Facility at any one time to 30 people • To stay within the confines of the booked space • To comply with payment terms as specified in the Agreement. • To limit activities strictly to the confines of the Facility as described in the Agreement. 1.2 The Hirer warrants that at all time the Facility shall be under the control of a responsible adult and shall not be sub-let.
Hirers Responsibility. The Hirer accepts the following charges will be applied to the hirer’s credit/debit card: a) Accepts responsibility for all speeding/parking/toll infringements and £30 processing fee for each speeding/parking/toll infringements transferred into the hirers name plus the cost of the fine where applicable. b) A maximum fee of £200 may be charged at Hiraeth Campers Ltd.’s discretion if any evidence of smoking odours are found in the vehicle, plus the cost of any days the vehicle is off the road. c) A minimum fee of £100 will be charged if the vehicle is deemed to have been returned in an excessively dirty state, with stained interior and/or any rubbish left inside the vehicle. d) The repair of any damages caused during the duration of your hire or any 3rd party vehicles as per the terms of your rental agreement. e) Maintaining water, oil levels is your responsibility. Any cost incurred will be reimbursed. Should any malfunction of the vehicle occur, any sign of overheating, you must stop the vehicle immediately or you will be held liable for the full cost of the repair. Failure to ensure appropriate fluid levels and maintained may result in engine damage and will constitute a breach of your obligations under this Rental Agreement. Any damage incurred to the engine will be charged if you are discovered to be negligent. f) The full cost of replacing lost or damaged keys irrespective of insurance option chosen. g) The full cost of repairing any damage to the underside of the car caused by driving off road irrespective of insurance option chosen. h) The cost of replacing any items/equipment/fittings provided with your Hiraeth Campers Ltd Vehicle which have been damaged or lost. You have 24 hours to inform us of any missing or broken items.

Hirers Responsibility. The hirer is in complete charge of the boat and is responsible for its safe navigation. The only maintenance to be carried out is checking engine oil, lubricating xxxxx tube and clearing weed hatches. Children are not permitted to handle the boat without adult supervision. The hirer shall always comply with the by-laws of the Canal and Rivers Trust or the appropriate Navigation Authority. The hirer is responsible for any claim made for loss of water or damage caused by improper use of lock paddles or apparatus and for any claim made for damage due to excessive speed or improper navigation. Boats may not cruise between the hours of sunset and sunrise without the prior consent of Sail and Trail Ltd. The hirer shall not enter tidal waters or tow other vessels without the prior consent of Sail and Trail Ltd. No boat shall navigate under flood conditions. The hirer shall not allow any more than the permitted number of persons on board as this will invalidate the insurance. Hirers Responsibility. The Hirer agrees to: a) operate the Equipment within its specifications and ability; b) store the Equipment in a safe and secure environment such that it may not be tampered with, damaged or stolen by any other person; c) return the Equipment to TEN Hire in reasonably clean condition and free of oil, debris and seeds; d) return at the end of the hire any item, article, document or thing supplied in conjunction with the Equipment including operating manuals. Any such items not returned shall be charged to the Hirer at full replacement cost or $50.00 whichever shall be the greater amount; e) be responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the Hirer or any persons under its control during the hire period; f) indemnify TEN Hire for any costs, expenses or Losses if the Equipment requires alterations and repairs by TEN Hire as a result of damage or neglect by the Hirer; g) not alter, mark or make any additions to, deface or erase any identifying mark, plate or number on or in the Equipment or in any other manner interfere with the Equipment; h) assumes all risks and liability for the Equipment and the use, maintenance, repair and storage of the Equipment (including liability for injury to any person or damage to any property, whether direct or consequential but excluding liability to the extent caused by the TEN Hire's negligence or wilful misconduct). i) release and discharge TEN Hire from all claims that the Hirer has or may have against TEN Hire, in relation to the Equipment, including in respect of: (i) any damage to property or death of, or injury to, any person caused directly or indirectly by the Equipment; (ii) any claim against TEN Hire in relation to the Equipment or the use or operation of it; or (iii) any other thing in relation to which the Hirer has assumed responsibility for under clause 9(h). j) indemnify TEN Hire and keep TEN Hire indemnified against all claims, taxes, liabilities, losses and expenses incurred by TEN Hire as a result of: (i) any damage to property or death of, or injury to, any person caused directly or indirectly by the Equipment; (ii) any claim against TEN Hire in relation to the Equipment or the use or operation of it; or (iii) any other thing in relation to which the Hirer has assumed responsibility for under clause 9(h). k) provide on demand to TEN Hire, any information in respect of the use of the Equipment, including without limitation daily logs and condition monito...
Hirers Responsibility. The Hirer shall: a. pay the full cost of the rental on or in advance of the rental date (unless otherwise agreed); b. pay the Community Centre, on demand, the total cost of any damage to the Premises or extra charges resulting from the use of the Premises by the Hirer or any person permitted by the Hirer to enter the Premises; c. not construct, erect or attach any fixture to the floor, ceiling or walls of the Premises or alter the Premises in any way whatsoever without first obtaining the written consent of the Community Centre and, if such consent is obtained, then the work shall be done only in strict accordance with such consent; d. maintain the Premises in a neat and tidy condition; e. during the period of occupancy, ensure that all persons using the Premises do so in an orderly manner and do not breach any law, regulation, bylaw, rule or Community Centre policy; f. release the Community Centre from any responsibility or liability whatsoever that might arise out of the Community Centre failing to provide the Premises or any services to the Premises under the terms of this agreement. Any compensation payable shall be limited to the amount of the Hire Charge; g. adhere to the Licensing Xxx 0000 that is displayed on the entrance hall notice. The Community Centre is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. The Hirer will need to obtain an occasional licence if this is required; h. comply with all applicable regulations respecting Fire Safety, Health and Safety and other Policies (on the main notice board) and shall be responsible for the conduct of all persons on the Premises during the period covered by this rental agreement; i. be responsible for any applicable licensing or royalties when playing music or videos. Watching or streaming any television programs on any device including but not limited to smart phones is not permitted; j. confine any sales activities to the rented area; k. ensure that an adult (at least 18 years or older) is present who shall be responsible for the participants attending; l. note that the use of open flames or candles is prohibited; m. ensure that all electrical equipment brought onto the Premises has a current XXX Certificate and the electrical capacity of equipment used should not exceed circuit limits; n. ensure they have third party liability insurance in place if the hiring is of a commercial nature; o. be responsible for any injury or damage resulting from use of bouncy castles howsoever caused. Hirers Responsibility. 2.1. You shall comply with the Hire Agreement until the Hire Period ends 2.2. You shall ensure that we have the name, postal address and email address for at least one individual authorised by you to deal with the Hire Agreement at all times from the submission of the Application Form to the end of the Hire Period. You shall notify us immediately should the individual or their contact details change at any point prior to the end of the Hire Period. Failure to do so may result in us cancelling the Hire Agreement 2.3. You shall ensure that the hired part of the Centre is vacant, clean and clear of all Attendees’ property and litter prior to the finishing time specified on the Application Form for each Session or Special Event 2.4. The Hirer will be responsible for keeping safe and returning any key card or access code issued by the Council to access any part of the Centre. The Hirer must not pass the key card or code on to any third party without the prior written consent of the Council. In the event of loss or damage to any key card issued, the Hirer shall pay to the Council the reasonable cost of replacing the key card (as determined by the Council at the Council’s sole discretion) within 30 days of the Council’s request 2.5. You shall adhere to the times of hire specified on the Application Form. Should the specified times of hire be exceeded we reserve the right to levy a surcharge not exceeding twice the hourly hire charge applicable to the relevant Session or Special Event, with a minimum surcharge of one hour 2.6. You must comply with all bylaws, regulations and statutory requirements whatsoever relating to the Centre or the intended use of the relevant facilities 2.7. The Hire Agreement is not transferable by you. You shall not sublet or assign the benefit of any permission to use the facility 2.8. You shall not cause or permit the facilities or Centre to be used for any unlawful, immoral or illegal activity

Hirers Responsibility a) The Hirer will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for supervision of the premises, the fabric and the contents, their care, safety from damage however slight or change of any sort and the behaviour of all persons using the premises whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of the car-parking arrangements so as to avoid obstruction of the highway and any other rights of way. b) At the end of hiring, the Hirer shall be responsible for leaving the premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition, properly locked and secured unless otherwise directed and any contents temporarily removed from their usual positions properly replaced, otherwise the committee shall be at liberty to make an additional charge.
